Ellie's current research interests include creating effective ways for pre-service students to integrate technology in classrooms. She works closely with Venable Elementary School to provide opportunities for Curry students to collaborate with teachers to enhance pupil learning.
Eliie's primary teaching responsibilities with the Curry School are in the five-year teacher education program. She teaches six courses for elementary pre-service students, inlcuding two graduate level courses: Fundamentals of Curriculum, and Women and Education.
And last, but not least, Ellie is currently writing a history of the Curry School of Education's first hundred years.
